Any reliable, off-the-shelf mags that meet their requirement?

Only one I could think of is the beta mag.

Betamag and Armatac mags are the only mags I can think of, although the Beta Mags aren't that great once sand gets inside of them. Had a buddy order one when we were in Iraq, worked great at the BZO range when he first got it, but after a few patrols it didn't function reliably.

I think the best option currently available would be a Redi-mag loaded with two Pmags for a total of 60 rounds.
