The following are the emails I exchanged with Blackhawk! CS recently. Turn around was less than a day.

Dear Blackhawk,

I purchased my Tempest II hydration pack a couple of months ago and just now got to using it. My order number was "xxxxx".

When I filled it with water, it started to leak out of the neck area of the cap. It seems that there should be an o-ring there to help create a tight seal but it is missing.

May I please receive a replacement o-ring or cap? The color of my hydration pack is coyote tan.

Sorry for the inconvenience. A new bite valve is on the way to you, it has an o-ring on it. This should work for you.

Sorry for the confusion, but the bite valve is fine, it's the screw on cap with lanyard that closes off the hydration pack that seems to be missing an o-ring. The color is coyote tan.

OK, I changed it, however, you will receive both at no charge. You may need it in the future.
