I personally don't see of too many 7.62x39 AR's. You got a real nice setup.

I have my Colt in 7.62 that I've now owned for years, it is my first AR. I will say the 7.62 kicks alot more than the .223.

I actully have ran about 600rds through the gun. After the pic was taken, I replaced the Izzy with a Vltor brake and noticed that it reduced recoil a little bit. All and all I wouldn't say that it is too bad to shoot, but a thumbs up to the Vltor brake!

That is a fine looking rifle. It's very similar to one that I built in 7.62x39 except for the railed handguard. I need some optics to see exactly how well it will shoot. What kind of groups are you getting?
