The gun in the pics was a nice gun but in the ruff so we thought that it would be nice to show the work we do.

Now for the after pics.

We spent a lot of time on this gun it is one of the reasons we do what we do. It is a labor of love to do work like this. It almost always is worth it when the customer gets the gun back and we get to make him or her feel the way you do when something is just right.

There were a lot of pits on the gun as you can see we got all of them out and did not fill one of them in.
It was labor intensive but we think it was worth it do you think so.

Pardon me, but what are the grips in the "after" picture? They look comfortable and I like the exposed backstrap.

That's awesome. The coolest revolver I ever played with was a Smith Model 66.

I went over my buddy's house and he was really excited about his most recent acquisition. Since I know nothing about wheel guns I wasn't sure what to expect. Wheel guns don't do it for me. But I do have a 686 which I love. Then the 66 comes out. That gun was way too cool.

I want one now and it's his fault. :(

The finish on the gun is a bead blast that we came up with to be the most attractive however it does not cover any blemishes. We think that most people do not want a gun that is polished to a mirror finish but that does not mean that they don’t want the gun to be nice. The way that we do body work on the gun allows us to use a very fine blast media. The fact is that sometimes less is more.
