Anybody got a good source online for ordering Safariland holsters? I'm looking for a specific model but half the sites aren't clear about what you're ordering, and the ones that give a part number are only selling the one-size-fits all version that I don't want.

Specifically I'm looking for a 6280-6832. G34 w/ or w/o M3 light. Seems like a lot of the places have the -68321 as a do-all option for M3, M6, TLRs, etc.

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that Grant is a Safariland dealer.

I pm'd Grant a quite a while back about it, and at the time he was not. I think it was around the time of their move so maybe that's changed since...hopefully he'll chime in.

Is the 6004 designed to be a "Thigh Holster" or a belt holster that is low enough to clear body armor or a vest.

If its a belt holster is there sufficient vertical adjustment to get it just low enough to clear the body armor/vest?

The 6004 does go on the thigh but many prefer to run it up high just below the belt line - more on the hip than thigh. Guys have been modifying the leg shroud for this purpose for a while, like in This thread (https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread.php?t=518), and now Safariland is even offering a replacement shroud in a similar arrangement.

I use an HSGI universal drop platform, so I only need the 6280, which is basically just 6004 for the belt.
