One piece gas ring and O-ring for 10.3"

I've had a couple of people suggest that I get a one piece gas ring and O-ring around the extractor for my CMMG 10.3". It had some short stroking problems at first, but seems to work fine now with full powered 5.56 loads. It still short strokes with 223Rem loads. Where is a good places to get the parts? Can someone post a picture link of what I'm talking about? Thanks.

I run standard 3pc gas rings with 2-10" ARs. I highly recommend the use of the BCM SOPMOD bolt upgrade kits. These include a high quality extractor, extractor black buffer, XP extractor spring, a Crane O-ring and a new extractor pin. I'd also recommend a BCM firing pin and CAM pin.
