Gemtech HALO; $399

There have been several questions about this suppressor and if you have been on the fence, this may tip it for you. These are pre-2009 models. I do not know if there was a change in the baffles; I do know the changed the mount to accept a Smith Vortex for 2009. It is posted on TOS in the suppressor section

The pre 2009 HALO fits the FSC556 btw. The 2009 HALO does not. If I had $400 plus $200 I would be all over this.

I ordered a HALO right before they implemented the changes and decided to wait for the new model. The only changes are slightly lighter weight and compatibility with the Vortex. My Form 4 should be approved in the next couple of weeks. :)

Just ordered one!

Been very happy with my first, couldn't see a good reason to turn down a second one for such a good price.

One will probably live on either the SBR or SPR and the other will be general use.
