Troy Sights

Does anyone here have any experience with Troy Tritium BUIS? I just came across this option the other day. I know Troy makes a good product, but would the tritium version be a worthwhile upgrade from the standard Troys.

A lot of people are gonna say get the tritium front sight and not the rear. I bought a front tritium post from GG&G for $50 and it was a waste of money. The tritium dot is too small for my taste
