New Monarch Summit IIIa? pass the FBI test?

My new vest will be at the office next week. We're getting SC Monarch Summit IIIA vests with the Goretex lining. Either my google is weak, or it just isn't readily available, but I'm wondering whether this vest meets the FBI standards?

Doc or anyone in the know? Also is this a woven aramid vest?

It is a woven aramid vest. The last time I checked (about two months ago), it had not been tested against the FBI protocol.
