Ooops. Form 1 OR 4???

Hey! If I am making a SBR (adding a short BBL upper, wouldn't I need to use the Form 1 and NOT form 4????

Form 1 says: Application to Make and Register a Firearm

So.... if I am right, where do I mail this dang thing??

You are correct, Form 1 is for making a SBR.

If you bought one from someone that was already registered, then you would use a Form 4.

The address on the form should be the correct one. Form 4's just changed to Atlanta.
