Here's a new one for ya......mebbe:p
I have seen a replacement pistolgrip for the AR's that will use any 1911 grip panels, I also have 2 1911's with the CTC lasergrips on them:)
Now the question , has anyone tried using this grip system on an AR with the standard 1911 lasergrips? Is the grip angle still close enough to the barrel alignment to zero the laser?
The grip I saw was at CTD and only 12.00$ but I thought I would ask before wasting my money cuz it wont align correctly

single point sling...not a factor
forward vertical grip.. unknown factor
