First they took the time to contact the dealer I bought my rifle from to get my 4473 faxed to them so I could get my Black card.
I called today to order an Omega rail with my card, since I live close they let me pick up the rail instead of having it shipped, I had the rail in my hand within an hour of calling. I had a question about the trigger on my rifle and it was taken straight to an armorer to have it checked out. Then I got to a quick tour and got to see where they manufacture the rifles!
Jake was great to deal with and everyone there was friendly. It is awesome that a manufacturer would take time to deal with a customer and welcome them in their facility. Their customer service really is as great as their rifles are.
