Even though, I would agree with someone who says that Ignatius Piazza, is a little too self righteous, and his classes aren't really that dynamic, I believe in gathering lots of information, and sorting through it all and taking and implementing things that would work well for me and my applications.

So thats the only reason that I posted this, is so people can gather the info, and take what is valuable to them from it. Whether thats nothing, or a lot of basic info that they didn't know.

I would think that someone who is a doctor would know the difference between subconscious and unconscious.

I have taken a few courses out there. I have no complaints and enjoyed my time out there. Is it like taking a course from Larry Vickers? Well no but it is along the lines of Gunsite training. Will they go as far as Magpul Dynamics training, well no but its a good place to start. Depending on what your skill level is will direct you where you should seek out training.

I will say that they expose people to firearms training that most of those people would have never received if it wasn't for a Frontsight, they are a part of a solution to a better trained and pro gun society.

Somehow they got my email one time (probably someone thought I'd appreciate their info). I allowed it for a brief period of time, then unsubscribed. Felt like I was getting bombarded with a sales pitch for a timeshare condo.

No thanks. :(

When I had the pleasure of meeting him:eek:, he said he was a Chiropractor.

Although, I don't necessarily care for the offerings of Front Sight myself. I would acknowledge that for a beginner/ novice shooter some of the introductory classes offer useful information.

I have also met individuals formerly in the employ of the company and most did not have very positive comments regarding their tenure or the company. I have attended Front Sight myself and would say that the instructor cadre are typically professional and very courteous it is just the owner of the company whom I do not particularly care for Mr. Piazza.

Thank you for sharing the information. New ideas or revisiting pertinent/ useful information is always good for the mind.

While their training may not be as high speed as some of the other trainers that are frequently mentioned here on M4C I do think that the training you can receive at FS is better than what the typical gun owner has.

A very true statement.

I always try to go out of my way to try and help (if they are amiable) a new shooter/s when I encounter them at the range. But it still never ceases to amaze me that many new gun owners never consider seeking-out any form of instruction on the proper way to handle and use the firearm that they purchased.

I could never trust anyone with that 'stache.

It's like he grave-robbed one of Leonid Brezhnev's eyebrows, isn't it?

It's not even the flavor saver itself, it's that you know, in your heart and your head, that that dude's thought process while he's looking in the mirror grooming himself is something along the lines of "Yeah. Oh, hell yeah! That's The Shit, right there, man!"
