Redimags Gen 1 or Gen 2?

I've only experience with the Gen 1. Never had any problems with it.

If you had the choice, would you choose a Gen 2 over the 1? If so, why?

I think it's personal preference. I know some people that have gen1 and like them. Me, I'm too stupid. I'd be dropping my reload 1/2 the time, so I use the gen2's.

The Gen. 2 is the only one that will let you remove the spare mag without removing the mag in the weapon first. That makes it the best way to go in my book.

The Gen. 1 does have a slight edge in reload speed, but that is negated with practice.
