Leather or Suede on the back of the RCS Phantom

Has anybody attached any leather or suede or something else to the back of their RCS Phantom? I have been carrying it IWB for the past 2 or 3 weeks since I have gotten it and its great, but I prefer to roll commando when not at work and just cant do it with the kydex, its not gentle on the skin.

Anybody done this or have another material(besides leather or suede) or adhesive(besides the 3m spray) they would recommend?

I'd give moleskin a try first (adhesive backed padding used to prevent blisters on feet). You can find it at pretty much any drug store or outdoors/camping store. You can see if it works and then try a more permanent fix.
