I'm assembling a battle rifle not a target plinker. I am using all quality parts.
The difference in the standard and forged barrel is $100 and I'm very tempted to buy the forged.
I understand the forged should last longer and maybe give better accuracy.
They both use the same steel but I wonder if there's a difference in weight?
Can anyone one give me any advice or insight?
Thanks.
