Do I use with the DDM4XV upper? I have a "non marked", "H1" and "H2" buffer.

Thanks!

If you have the carbine length gas system, an H buffer is the usual selection. I should add though, all of them could work on your particular rifle.

When Daniel Defense ships its XV, an H buffer comes standard with the completed rifle.

Thanks! I'll see if the local store has a "H" buffer.

If you already have an H1 buffer, I'd start with that. Just make sure it operates properly before you trust your life on the rifle.

Start with the H1. IF that doesn't work then try an H.

All of my carbine length guns run H-buffers and nary a problem.

you can even run it reliably on H2 buffers. I have midlengths running M16 BCG and H buffers, no problems

Isn't "H" and "H1" the same thing? I thought it went like this in order:
CAR
H (or H1)
H2
H3

H will be just fine.

I think you're right.
