I'm running a Streamlight TLR-1 on my nova tactical.
Right now I'm just using the standard switch located on the back of the unit as I haven't found a good way to mount the pressure switch.

I'm not too happy with the grip that is required in order to toggle the light but it will do until I figure out a solid mount for the pressure switch.

I love the nova tactical but hate the mounting options...

How is it mounted? My nova was one of the early ones, has no rails on it anywhere.

Mine is also the standard nova tact with no rails.

Other than the issue with mounting the pressure plate I'm happy with the setup.

No, but it's not a rough use gun.
I run it periodically in 3-gun matches but other than that it sits in my closet for HD.

I really like streamlight products for their price and performance. I use the TRL-1 on my HD G17 as well.

I'm not someone who makes a living with a gun so none of my stuff is put to hard use. For my needs (IDPA, 3-gun, concealed carry, HD, etc) streamlight can't be beat.
