Buffer question

My carbine has a comercial spec buffer tube. My question is, do the all the standard buffers, especially the "H" buffer fit in a comercial tube, or do you have to have a milspec tube?

All of the buffers will fit these receiver extensions, including the commercial ones.

My understanding is the Commercial and MilSpec designations more refer primarily to the exterior dimensions.

Good to know, thaks alot. I like the stock that is on my gun right now, so I see no need to buy a milspec one, but I did want to pick up an "H" buffer for my new 14.5" upper.
