Anyone here heard of this? Another fellow (and his company) on the USN is out of $50k unfortunately. :confused:

I first heard of this on FSN. No one has a proven reason for the demise of the company, but the speculation I am willing to bet is probably not too far from the truth.

I am really saddened to hear this. I have met Jon a few times and have several of his products bought pre election 2008. He was always very good to deal with and his gear has served me well as a consumer. So what is the deal with USN and 50K? Well actually I can figure out the 50K part, what is USN?(got a link to the story?) I wonder how many more if any LLCs companies or small sole proprietor types will fold due to the crazy market that resulted from the past Presidential election?
