Hello everyone, I have been hanging around this site for some time. I really love the no bs info I get from this place. It is a nice change of pace.

Now on to my question. The MOE handguards have been out for awhile now, and was wondering how well they are holding up. I know that Magpul is a company known for quality, but was wondering how they are holding up to hard real world use. LE, Classes, etc. Thanks again.

I believe this question has already been asked before, so just use the search engine. FWIW, I've had zero issues with my MOE-equipped carbine.

Most of the info I get using the search engine is from guys that have just got them. I would like to hear from guys that have been using them for awhile. Thanks.

I've been using mine several months (approx. 500 rounds, no torture test) and have no problems at all. They work great.

Same here. No classes, but probably 1000 rds between me and the boys, and still holding up.

I'm no expert, but I've put around 800-1000 rounds through mine and it's rock solid, no heat issues or anything. I've been running a rail on mine too. Not a problem. Only reason I'm changing is I got a great deal on a DD rail. Really worth the money.

After trying a quadrail (with and without covers) and not liking the feel I changed to the MOE handguards and wouldn't want to use anything else.

I've since added a couple of side rails to add other accessories.
