PSP (Pacific Safety Products) Armor?

My dept is looking to buy new entry vests in the near future and we were sent a sample of a PSP (Pacific Safety Products) vest. It looks pretty good but I hadn't heard of the company. Anyone have any experience with the company or products? It looks like the vest is made out of a Zylon material, any good?

Or, as an alternate/supplimental question, what should we be looking at in SWAT entry vests? What are the best options currently available? We are using ProTech now.

Are you looking for level IIIA soft armor, level III or IV plates only or a combo?

IIIA soft armor plus plates. We currently have Protech vests with level III poly plates. The vests will start expiring within the next year so we are looking for a replacement.
