Nice - I scored me a 2 day training - cash for it that is. Take anything I can get.

I always wanted a stainless GP-100 or SP-101. Merry Christmas, and how do we get on her Christmas list?

I own the same pistol and just put the wolf spring kit in it but I haven't had a chance to get down to the range due to lack of funds. Let me know how the kit works for you and what rate springs you used.

One more thing I did awhile back was to take the trigger group apart and lightly polish some of the surfaces in it, I noticed a nice little improvement in smoothness of the trigger pull and return.

These helped;

at first, i put the 8lb trigger spring and 9lb hammer spring in... several failures. the hammer was dropping too lightly. i put the 12lb hammer spring in and left the 8lb trigger spring in... added a little crispyness to the rig and it stages beautifully!

Sounds like you've got a hell of a good girlfriend and a decent family to go with her. :D
