the thread is 14 pages long so far, but NWFA thread pages are really short, so it doesn't take forever to sift through to get the story.

be interesting to see what the ATF has to say about the situation. seems to me that the only option, at this point, is to carry out the transfer to the OP's Customer. i sure as SHIT would not accept the weapon back from Sam now, after three weeks, considering the documented behavior of Sam's Shooter's Emporium.
