I'll second that, and I'm not sure what BCM and RRAs uppers you're looking at but the prices should be about the same, the BCM may even be a little cheaper.

+1 for BCM. I had a horrible RRA upper once.

thanks for the fast response. what i have seen is the rra complete upper a4 for 475.00 bcm sells for 425 and you dont get the bolt carrier group, hand guards, forward assist assembly, charging handle. so to complete the upper is 202 dollars and still no hand guard. so if anyone knows where i can get good stuff cheaper let me know. also the bcm is listed for 5.56 the rra in wylde i can shoot both 223/556

BCM upper receiver groups absolutely include forward assist, just not BCG ($145), CH ($22) and handguards ($20).

Also, anything marked 5.56 can shoot both 5.56 and .223.
.223 stamped barrels/chambers are only for .223.
RRA claims that their .223 Wylde chamber is capable of shooting both .223 and 5.56, but be wary, not all of them do. I for one had to have my RRA wylde chamber reamed to be able to shoot 5.56, it would blow primers on 5.56 ammo before reaming.
