Chrono'ed Muzzle Velocities - 16" barrels

Looking for MVs that people have actually gotten with a chrono.
Either 55 grain or 62.
Want to get an idea of the average of actual measured velocities for purpose of a ballistics table.
Manufacturers list velocities but rarely list the barrel length.
They also likely chrono them on indoor ranges in controlled environments.
I know there is a chart floating around that lists them as 3,132fps for 55gr and 2,928fps for 62gr.
The sample size used was 3 five round groups from 3 rifles with same length barrels.
Just looking for more data to nail it down even more.
I don't care if it was -4 or 104°F.
Don't care if elevation was 3 feet above mean sea level or 7,000 above MSL.

Here are a couple of oldies to get you started - both factory fresh IMI:

IMI M193 in a 16" Bushy (Oct-98): 2,877 FPS Avg; (H = 2,900, L = ?)

IMI M855 in a 20" Colt (May-'96); 3,102 FPS Avg; (H = 3,144, L = 3,083)

I'm guessing you know there can be significant variations between different barrels and chronographs. I'm pretty sure these were over my PACT.

Yeah, I know, that's why I am not worried about most variables.
I am looking for an average.
And I do mean average.

You're showing 2,877 which is one of the lower I've seen.
I have seen up to 3,200 IIRC with most being closer to that than yours.
BUT, I do not know the conditions under which the others were taken so your "Dude really shooting and chronoing it" is actually more useful.

PMC ball runs 2925 avg from my 16" ss Douglas. Did that for a dope chart to accompany the 77 gr one. 70 degree's when I did that, sea level.
