Anyone using the SOC-C sling? Thinking about getting one but wanted some reviews. Does it perform as advertised?

BTW could not find anything searching.

Considering this one

as well as the BFG

I haven't used those specific slings, but have used the Specter MOUT Sling and currently use the Blue Force Gear VCAS.

I have a SOC-C contractor pack I got as part of a trade deal, and it shows the same high quality that the VCAS and other Blue Force Gear items do. It's benefit is the ability to be configured across a wide range of firearms. If you're only running an AR, just get a 2-point VCAS.

Specter Gear makes great slings...that's how they started. As a lefty, I don't like 3point slings because they get in the way of the bolt carrier release button/lever.

Ashley originally developed the patent pending SOC-C Sling so that units that had a large number of users with different preferences could purchase one sling and allow one, two, or three point carry. If you are undecided about what configuration is best for you or like the ability to switch between one, two, or three point carry then I highly recommend the SOC-C Sling. If you're already settled on a two point then our VCAS would be your best option.

I hope this helps.

also looking for some input, thinking of the HK variant.
I want something that can be 1 or 2 point and make up for where the MS2 lacks without having to mod my own Vickers (which is still an option)
