Barrett 468

Looking for feedback from any 468 owners out there. Any complaints, issues, etc. with them?

Ours has proven to be the most reliable, direct gas AR15 upper we have seen, with NO malfunctions or misfeeds in 5000 rounds or so.

Thanks Doc. I was hoping you would weigh in as I thought you probably had some rounds through one. How is the front sight and such holding up? Any complaints or druthers there??
I'm looking for a reason to send Ronnie Barrett some of my money. :)

Just fired another 500 rounds through our Barrett 468, an equal mix of Remington 115 gr OTM and SSA 115 gr Extreme TMJ (combat load)...no problems, no failures to feed or function. This was a test of the CP mags--some of the mags were too tight a fit to get into the magwell, however as long as the mags fit into the magwell on the Colt lower, they worked flawlessly.

The front sight??? Oh, that hunk of metal in the front in case the optic goes down--seems fine, although we've never used it since the initial zero, as the optic has never failed...
