What are the plans for OSHA, EPA, HUD, Departments of Education and Energy? Oh, and unions at the local, state and Federal levels?

Unless you solve the real problems of entrenched interests, there's it little point to a "throw the bums out" mentality. It will accomplish nothing. The Federal Government grew under Ronald Reagan. That should tell you everything you need to know about what is really happening and will continue to happen.
