today i picked up a fixed blade Mel Pardue designed knife that is 440 stainless and labeled 1st production run 2003 on the blade. it has a rubberish grip and has done absolutely nothing but sat in this fellas desk drawer since he bought it.(no box so im not sure what model it is) evidently someone told him i was fond of Benchmade knives so he asked me what id give him for it. $25 is all it took, so i figure im alright, but now i ask, what do you all think of the Taiwan made knives?
