Bottom half has been done for a couple months now:

Got a BCM Gunfighter Mod 4 latch for it; still need to add a bolt carrier group, forearm rail (11" Troy TRX Extreme; picking that up tonight), muzzle device, optic and a few other odds and ends. Hope to have it up and running by springtime, and really wring it out in the Magpul Dynamics carbine course this summer.
