While interesting, I think he stretches the meaning of the phrase "conspiracy theory." Most of them are just scandals or secrets.

Yep, they only list a few conspiracy theories such as Illuminati, Kennedy Assassination, New World Order, etc. and they fall very short of proving they are true. There rest were just scandals and secrets as noted by mp. Of course the name of the website should be an indicator of reliability.
