As a leo I personally love it. I have been using it on my duty rifle for a year now. It provides a more comfortable/natural sight picture for me as I shoot nose to charging handle.

As long as it is the only optic that you plan on running, it will work great. My only complaint is that there is no QD, but the price is right. I ran a 512 on one for many years without any issues.

I've been running a 551 on one for years. Works great for me and the lack of qd doesn't matter to me

I will be running a 512 on it also, I just don't have the extra cash to go the Larue route right now. Thank's for the info!!!
