Gentlemen with UBR stocks... Do you have any play between the two "halfs" of the stock? I have about 1/8" of play from side to side perpendicular to the buffer tube. Is this normal? Thanks in advance for your input.

I dont think so. Mine had no movement.

Are you sure the tabs are in the correct position?

Tabs are locking in, front to back movement is non-existent, just side to side. Are the two peices supposed to be a very tight fit?

Guys thanks for the quick replies... What should I do, would Magpul warranty the stock for play? What is the best way to get a hold of the right folks over there?

New UBR installed on the rig as of yesterday... locks up tighter than a knats ass, in other words zero movement once the stock is engaged. Looks like there was a problem with the old caming mechanism that prevented the stock from tightening up after engagement. Justin took good care of me - overnighting the replacement so I could have the stock before the weekend hit. I'm very happy with Magpul standing behind their products in this manner. Thanks everyone for the help.
