Rem 870 front sight

Does anyone know of an 870 picatinny front sight block that mounts to either the barrel or magazine extension that will allow me to attach a folding BUIS? I have an 870 with Cavalry Arms stock conversion and would like to use some Magpul MBUS sights for it. I know Cav Arms makes a front sight for the 870 but I want to use BUIS instead of a fixed post front sight.

I've never heard or such a thing but it would be cool. the closest thing I've seen is the long rail mounts that run most of the length of the barrel. spendy but would allow you to do what you're thinking.

yeah, I've never seen something like that before, but it would be nice if someone would make one. it says it's a bored out AR15 gasblock so you could always give that a try.
