Yes sir it is and it shoots like a dream..I got the pleasure of shooting one and a big 50 cal SASSR.

I was invited to quantico by some members of snipershide and there were 2 of these beauty's 1 with a USO scope & the other with a Leupold M1 series .

I shot 3 rounds thru the USO equiped rifle 300,600 & 1000k and my god if I cant get my hands on a Accy intl AW again Id see about getting all the parts and a donor rifle to get a M40 built for myself.
