Sig pic, information, etc

Hello,
I just looked at the forum rules. I had a few questions. First of all, are signature pictures allowed? I have a site that has a list of free firearms related giveaways. Would it be OK to place a link to this list in my sig? Would it be OK for me to create a thread about this list in general discussion so that members know about the list?

Sig pics are ok as long as they are small.

Spamming the forum is not allowed.
