View Full Version : 'Text message nets 15 year prison term'
Children must be children
It wasn't just a text message. It was a parole violation stemming from the original deadly assault.
If you don't want to serve your whole sentence, don't violate your parole. He got what he deserved.

he got what he deserved, they gave him 15 years to begin with and only served a fraction of that, and he knew he wasn't to have any contact, that's what the order of protection is for.He did it anyways. That to me says he has no respect for the law and he didn't learn his lesson the first time so maybe he will this time.

The headlines I have seen on this are misleading as all getout.
Should read "Moron on Parole returning to Pokey"

I hate newspapers.
He wasn't given 15 years for sending a text. He was given time for violating the terms of his probation...probation he was on for trying to stab the woman to death.
"Journalists" these days are pretty much idiots.
