Good company and a welcome addition to M4C. I've ordered from them before.

They put up with allot of crap from the morons on TOS. To their credit they always handled the trolling professionally.

While I'm not a moron from TOS I can say that while Doc is a good guy their customer service leaves something to be desired. To make a long story short instead of talking to me about the problem I had they were very rude, accusational and baned me from buying from them (not Doc but a manager or owner?). This happened FTF. To their credit they did give me a full refund before banning me. While they band me from buying from them I must say that I would not have given them another dime anyway.
