The Austin Lone Star Practical Pistol club hosts matches in Manor, TX at the Austin Rifle Club. 2nd Sundays are reserved for a long gun match, could be a carbine or shotgun match or both or all three. This Sunday we'll be hosting an 80 round (birdshot) shotgun match with targets consisting of clays and steel.

Costal bend shooters host a 3 gun I believe but they are down around the CC area.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to keep my buddies around the country shooting. My Austin friends have been frustrated by the range situations down there. It kills me that of all places its so hard to find good places to shoot in Texas:confused:

there hadn't been a place to do them in Austin for the last few years
last year the Austin Rifle Club (private) voted to have bays put in to support these events. GREAT news!!!!
