I forgot to ask. Since there is duracoat on the lower, it's making the upper, lower fit really tight. Should I do some light sanding on the top of the lower where it meets the upper so it's not so tight? I literally have to tap the takedown pins with a rubber mallet to get them out.
How tight is it? If it takes a good blow from your rubber mallet then yes but if you can push it out by an easy hand slap on a punch then Id let it be...

Well I can't just push it out with my fingers like I did before. I do have to get a mallet and a punch and lightly tap the takedown pins to get them out.
That looks real nice. Did you duracote the rail as well?
That is sexy.

I'd leave it alone, it will loosen up on it's own.
ETA: reading is fundamental, if you need a mallet to remove the pins then you may want to sand a little off. Why don't you duracoat the upper receiver too?
wow, that really does look very nice. I like the contrasting colors.
Nice choice on the color scheme. Very nice.

How's the extended butt plate? What benefits does it have over the standard?
