Colt sear block question

Hello,
i have a colt lower with the sear block that i have been thinking about sending to adco to have the sear block removed. would anyone happen to have a pic of a lower that has had the block removed? the one question i have concerns the hole in the right side of the lower. does that part stay in the reciever or do you have a big hole in the side after the block is removed. thank you for your time. If you have the single pin sear block with only it pinned on the right side, this will stay in the receiver and not fall out.

i have the single pinned block that shows on the right. i had an idea that the pin might be pretty permanent but i wanted to make sure before i had the work done. thank you for the help. Mike
