I saw this. so what is the area of dispute?

I didn't have time to read their filing but from what I could quickly see, they are making hay over the storage tubes. since the Sopmod also has storage, I don't see what's their justification.

for what it's worth, it's a shame to see our industry go at each other like this.

since this is not the first time, maybe Magpul needs a better patent attorney...

Magpul isn't innocent in this one. The ACS is pretty much the same as the modstock. Even the names are pretty close.
