I have some Grip Pods for sale. They are a combination forward vertical grip and bi-pod. They will fit any Mil-Standard railed fore end. These are the original polymer Grip Pods, model GPS-02. They are made by Grip Pod Systems. They are NOT some cheap Asian knock-off. They are Brand New and have never even been mounted. They are very easy to use and have reinforced steel leg inserts for extra strength to make them very durable.
