I am wondering how to change the safety to the other side for the 15-22 m&p?

The standard ambi safety won't fit as the polymer receiver is a bit wider than normal. I know because I tried to fit one. The S&W safety is polymer and can be reversed to the right side though. The easiest way is to rotate the safety halfway between "fire" and "safe" and tap it through with a punch. Hold down the detent pin and push it through from the right side until it clicks into the grove.
