I'm trying to figure out if this is an Airsoft video or are these guys just scary incompetent?

At the 0:14 time, the no. 2 man sweeps the point man all the way into the room. Then at 0:25 the guy keeps his pistol pointed at the back of the lead man's head!! :eek:
