No more disparaging comments from him anymore.

It's too bad he forgot his roots.

Condolences to his family, other than that I've got nothing nice to say.

I agree with condolences to his family, but I have lots more to say. However for the sake of civility and out of respect to my deceased Grandmother I won't.

P.S. Did he ever apologize to the Marines he called murderers?

My lovely wife, the nursery school teacher, has a saying:

"If you don't have something nice to say ... shut the hell up."

And so I shall.

I respect his service to his country as a Marine. That's where it ends.

They'll probably plant the MF'er in Arlington--dammit...

I'd like to pour out a beer over his grave just so long as I filter it through my kidneys first.

I was really ready to beat a dead horse(no pun intended) but instead will be silent based on the good advice here of "nothing good to say, say nothing."

Who are the unions going to be behind now?

Condolences to his family and to those in PA's 12th Congressional District who have jobs as a result of his pork.

While I wholeheartedly disagreed with his politics and many of his comments regarding the military, I am not about to dance on his grave.

My upbringing doesn't allow me to speak ill of the dead; so I'll stand mute on his demise - except to say this is another opportunity to bring some sanity back into the political process!

Regards,

Kevin

My grandmother used to say "If you can't say something nice about someone, say it to me." ;)

Agreed - condolences to the Murtha family, and best wishes for sanity in the special election this spring.

Agreed. In my house he was considered an enemy of freedom and the Constitution. He will not be missed.
