Brand new in the box. I opened the package to confirm it was the correct rifle. I ordered on 4/17/09 and forgot about it. I don't really need it and will sell to someone who doesn't want to wait a year. Everything included that was shipped, OTIS cleaning kit, (2) 30rd mags and softcase.
$1000 shipped to your FFL, I'll throw in a like new MI ERS BUIS and ARMS M68 mount as well...
