MP5 and MP5K ammo?

Gentlemen,

Would the recommended loads in 9mm be suitable for use in MP5 and MP5K subguns? Specifically, would RA9T 147gr and 147gr HST function well in these guns or would a bonded round be better?

I also have some Ranger +p and +p+ off the recommended list, but have read that hotter loads are not recommended for the MP5 unless it has the "F" upgrades.

I ask because I have a large amount of 147 gr already and wouldn't mind using it in the MP5 if practical/advised.

I am interested in the ammo selection also. I know we had parts break in the Colt 9mm SMGs when we were using the Federal 9BPLE round. However, with the MP5s now and current duty load is the Speer Gold Dot 124+P. The only info I have been told is the 124+P is close to NATO specs that the MP5s were designed to use.
