An excellent condition Noveske N4 carbine, Vltor VIS upper, 14.5 inch N4 barrel with Vltor flash hider permanently attached, Troy rear sight, Magpul trigger guard, TD Battle Grip, Geissele SSA trigger, Vltor stock. The carbine has had about 400 rounds through it. Here are the specs from Noveske, mine does not have the QD end plate, but does have the Geissele trigger. $1750 shipped to your FFL.
